Many of us may be involved in a routine spiral these days, but God has made each of us strong. In the serenity prayer for today, Tuesday, we find a numerous source of testimonies that invite us to continue to do things, to advance towards the desired goal. May we find in these prayers for healing the courage to do it well.

"I will praise [thee], O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence. For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right." (Psalms 9:1-4 - Bible King James version).

Daily prayer for Tuesday.

My Lord, help me to follow you with all the strength of my heart. With you, and in the hand of Mary, I can go through this hard time I have to live with confidence. Give me strength, faith and trust so that I do not bend to this hostile adversity that threatens life. You have made me for the victory because for you, I am someone valuable. I entrust myself today to Mary, your most holy Mother, to guide and protect me in each of my steps. Amen. (This daily prayer Tuesday belongs to our serenity prayer devotional of 2020)

Daily prayer for Tuesday. September 15, 2020.

We dispose our heart to God´s love and raise our eyes to Heaven, seeking the serenity prayer that our soul needs for this Tuesday, September 15, 2020

O blessed Virgin Mary, who can worthily repay you for your righteous duties of praise and thanksgiving, you who by the wonderful assent of your will rescued a fallen world? What songs of praise can our weak human nature recite in your honor, for only by your intervention has it found the way to restoration? Accept, then, the poor graces we have here to offer, though they are unequal to your merits; and by receiving our vows, attain to us, by your prayers, the remission of our offenses.

O Mary, take our prayers to the sanctuary of the heavenly audience and draw from it the antidote to our reconciliation. May the sins which we bring before Almighty God through you be forgiven by you; may what we ask in sure trust be granted through you. Accept our offering, grant our petitions, obtain the forgiveness of what we fear, for you, are the only hope of sinners. Through you, we hope for the remission of our sins, and in you, O blessed Lady, is our hope of reward.

Holy Mary, help the wretched, help the weak of heart, comfort the afflicted, pray for your people, plead for the clergy, intercede for all women consecrated to God; may all who keep your holy memorial now feel your help and protection. Always be ready to help us when we pray, and to give us back the answers to our prayers. Be careful to pray for God´s people, you who, blessed by God, deserved to bring the Redeemer of the world, who lives and reigns forever. Amen. (Prayer of St. Augustine of Hippo to the Blessed Virgin)

Sacred Heart of Jesus, in You, I trust my routine, I trust You with my attitudes and my answers. I want to give the best of myself, so that others may know that, through my actions, You live within me. I love You. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Now, in this daily prayer, we go to the intercession of Mary Most Holy and say to her:

Holy Virgin Mary, be my support and my guide.

Holy Virgin Mary, be the salvation of my soul.

Reflection for today, Tuesday, September 15, 2020.

In this daily prayer for Tuesday, let us reflect on the words of the Pope Francis to get serenity.

"... With this Exhortation I would like to insist primarily on the call to holiness that the Lord addresses to each of us, the call that he also addresses, personally, to you: "Be holy, for I am holy" (Lev. 11:44; cf. 1 Pet 1:16). The Second Vatican Council stated this clearly: "Strengthened by so many and such great means of salvation, all the faithful, whatever their condition or state, are called by the Lord, each in his or her own way, to that perfect holiness by which the Father himself is perfect". (Pope Francis Gaudete et exsultate, I.10.)
