"I will bless the Lord who advises me, even at night my conscience instructs me. I have the Lord always in mind: He is by my side, I will never waver". (R).

Evening Prayer for April 13.
Lord Jesus, You are the God who gives life in abundance and who fills the emptiness of the heart with Your eternal fragrance of love.
I cannot keep on keeping hatred within me, I do not want to feel enslaved to those bad feelings that do not let me grow. Therefore, come and cleanse me. Free me from grudges and desires for revenge.
I place all my plans in your hands, under the power of your Cross. It is time to let Love blossom within me. Come and revive my heart. I ask you to forgive me for my faults and my indifference, I know that through your mercy you will receive me again.
Give me strength at this moment when I feel my strength is exhausted. May my falls, following the example of your Cross, also serve as a testimony to your love. Give me the strength to get up and go out triumphant on the next day that lies ahead of me.
You are a loving and good Father, and you have ensured that, if any of us, your children, is going through any difficulty, we will come to you with confidence.
I come to You, my Lord, so that Your power may come upon my life. May I find strength in your heart.
O my God, I want my hard and stony heart to resurrect one of flesh, full of hope and desire to fulfill with love all that you have entrusted to me for the good of my soul and mine. Amen.
